DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule appointments to meet with clients to inform them of our energy efficiency products and services
  • Explain and demonstrate the benefits of utilizing EEE's services
  • Determine customer requirements and needs by asking questions and overcoming objections
  • Provide excellent customer service through strong relationships and professional follow-up
  • Attend EEE’s initial training and weekly team meetings to increase product knowledge and improve sales techniques and customer relation skills
  • Follow company and departmental policies in regards to both conduct and employee performance

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Highly energetic, persuasive, honest, empathetic, and self-motivated
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and efficiently manage time
  • Interested in building a local network and great customer relationships
  • Able to repeatedly overcome objections from potential customers
  • Coachable
