Our Associate Energy Consultants are paid $20 per completed consultation PLUS incentive pay for every home that they help use our services and products (Incentive pay varies depending on services and products sold).
Our guaranteed pay takes the pressure off of the consultant while our incentive pay keeps them motivated.
For example, if a customer ends up using one of our "Solar Solutions" the Associate Consultant would earn $1,020 ($20 for the consultation PLUS $1,000 for the sale).
Our management staff earns bonuses based on how well their representatives perform. That way they make more money when their consultants make more money. It assures that each manager will see to it that each representative is being managed and coached in a way that gives them the best possible chance to achieve their individual income goals.
